Conducted a full health check on oppyubb.com and implemented several key improvements:
(1) Access Control & Security: Added strict administrator authentication to user management and post deletion endpoints, and disabled public debug stack traces.
(2) SD Card & Storage Protection: Upgraded the logging system to use RotatingFileHandler (5MB limit with 3 backups) to prevent log files from growing indefinitely.
(3) Authentication Fix: Resolved an anonymous user check bug in the email confirmation workflow.
